I am a strange 78 model living almost on the North Pole. No seriously...i have lived my entire life in the arctic regions of Norway. I have a nice little house in a tiny place called Evenskjer. Here i live life together with my wife and 3 little boys.

I use photoshop...yes, i sometimes blend my images manually. I mostly use levels to adjust colour and contrast. (just saved me 100 e-mail replies...)

Photography background:
I got my first DSLR back in 2007. With this cheap piece of equipment ( Nikon D40) i found my own style in landscapephotography. In 2009 i upgraded to a Canon 5d (the classic one..not the mkII)

Since then i have been published in magazines, calendars, postcards and lots of other stuff. I am featured in Canons corporate calendar for 2012....good stuff...

I use Lee-filters for most of my daytimeshots. I use Heitmann-filters for my aurorashots.. Im considering moving away from using filters and instead go all the way with luminosity blending.
